The first breast like baby bottle.

We helped mimijumi in creating the initial vision of the mimijumi name and brand. Later, we conducted in home interviews with new parents to learn about the pain points of existing baby bottles. With the gained knowledge and the input of pediatric psychologists and physicians, we designed the award winning, simple to use and loved by babies bottle.

HUMAN

Extensive research and user observations lead to the design of a baby bottle that addresses the most burning user needs. We designed a single part nipple that functions like a female breast while keeping the cleaning simple and easy.

DESIGN DECISIONS TO IMPROVE USER EXPERIENCE

The wide neck with its iconic angle are design decisions driven by function. The angle allows for easy feeding and lets the parent easily see the content of the bottle without the baby to stop feeding. The wide neck make pouring the breast milk or formula mess free while the cleaning can be done without the need for special bottle cleaning devices.
