POINT OF SALES COMPUTING
We designed the current generation of point of sales computers for Elo. Every customer of a store walks by these devices every day and every sales person interacts with them throughout the day. This rough retail environment requires a tough and long lasting product as businesses depend on the final point of sale to turn their merchandize into money.
Simply putting the computer and touch display components in a rugged enclosure is not an option as the product would become large and clumsy. The key success of this project is that we found a design language that addresses the requirements for ruggedness with a refined consumer electronics appearance.

The EloPOS™ System combines visual refinement, a quiet and calm appearance with commercially rugged, durable and reliable point-of-sale computing. Purpose-built for point of sale, EloPOS™ offers a range of touchscreen displays from 15in to 22in, choice of class leading processing power and an integrated expansion hub to connect any peripherals needed - whether a customer facing display, payment reader, printer, cash drawer, barcode scanner or scale.
CAREFULLY CRAFTED
All volumes are carefully crafted to seamlessly integrate into one cohesive form. Cables and access panels are hidden and fully considered as part of the design to increase the product's visual longevity in a rough commercial environment.
